We take youth protection very seriously and take special precautions to effectively prevent the delivery of films without age ratings to children and adolescents.
According to our General Terms and Conditions, we generally offer our service and products only to persons aged 18 and over. The respective persons with parental authority, care and representation are liable for any damages incurred by orders placed by minors.
For every order of FSK 18-rated or unrated films, we will, without exception, have the identity and legal age of the recipient (=customer) checked by the delivery person using an ID card/passport upon delivery.
Delivery can ONLY be made to the person who placed the order. Differing names, even second first names not mentioned in the order, are considered a discrepancy and lead to rejection of the delivery. Therefore, please ensure the correct and complete spelling of your name during the ordering process.
Non-German import versions are treated as unrated German versions according to the current legal situation and may therefore only be made accessible to adults. This means that an age verification will also be required upon delivery within Germany for all foreign versions.
