You will receive an email notification from us as soon as we receive your payment. Please note that bank transfers – even online banking – within Germany usually take until the next business day, depending on the bank. Important: The order confirmation for orders paid via PayPal or credit card is not the same as confirmation of payment.

You will receive an order confirmation from us via email. This email will list the invoice amount, your order number, and all other relevant order information. As soon as we receive the total amount, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (weekdays), subject to item availability.

PayPal
