Once your return arrives, it will usually be processed within one to two days. As soon as this is complete, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt and informing you about the next steps. Please note that returns to us can take between two and ten days, depending on the shipping company. If you haven't heard from us after ten days, please contact our customer service by email at info@mafobeso.com.

The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the order. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide us with your bank details. You can use the return slip for this purpose. Please note that depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional two to four business days to process.
