Following this procedure is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.

If you wish to return ordered goods, please follow the steps below. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
1. Pack the goods into a package
The items should be returned in their original packaging if possible. Please do not remove any labels and use the original shipping box for returns to avoid damaging the manufacturer's original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against damage during transport by using suitable packaging to avoid claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
If you return something to us after the 30-day cancellation period has expired, we need a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase. Please include this in the package as well.
2. Address the package

3. Send the package
Please do not send the package freight collect and refrain from using unnecessary additional services such as express shipping. Please keep the proof of postage or receipt until we have confirmed by email that we have received your return. You can find more detailed information regarding your right of withdrawal in our Terms and Conditions under points 9 to 11.

From abroad
Returns from other EU countries are processed the same way as returns within Germany.
If you are sending something back to us from a non-EU country, please also pay attention to the following:
- Copy the invoice for your order and clearly note (e.g., with a highlighter) on the copy which items are being returned and the reason for the return.
- Attach the invoice copy in a clear plastic sleeve to the outside of the package.
- Clearly write RETURN on the package and note the invoice number.
This is very important because German customs cannot accept the package otherwise. Regarding return shipping costs from abroad, these are generally the customer's responsibility. Exceptions to this are returns of incorrectly delivered or defective goods. For these, we will reimburse the shipping costs after we have received and processed the return.
