Nice Dreams – that rhymes with Ice Creams. And that's exactly what Cheech and Chong sell in this utterly crazy comedy. The scandalous, perpetually stoned duo sells enough of their "special blend" ice cream to fulfill their dearest dreams with the money: new guitars, islands in the sun, and beautiful women. But of course, not everything goes according to plan. While celebrating their wealth in a new Chinese restaurant, Cheech meets his long-lost love Donna and promptly accompanies her to her chic penthouse. However, he soon learns that Donna's boyfriend, an ex-con named Animal, is on his way to her boudoir. Meanwhile, Chong has unwittingly exchanged all their money for a worthless bank check – and the only way to get it back is to flee to a nearby insane asylum.
