Paul, a former womanizer, marries Christine, the "unattractive" daughter of the head of the medical department, because he believes attractive women are untrustworthy and make bad wives. After a car accident leaves him bedridden and he begins to miss his playboy days. When Christine's stunning sister, Martine, appears, Paul decides he must have her. He begins drugging Christine at night so he can sneak away and kill Martine's numerous suitors one by one.
