Charlie and Dan have been best friends and business partners for thirty years; their PR agency in Manhattan is on the verge of a huge deal with a Japanese company. Two weeks before the contract is finalized, Dan gets a surprise: A woman he married almost nine years ago in a drunken stupor (the marriage was annulled the next day) shows up and informs him that he is the father of her now seven-year-old twins and that she has to go to jail for two weeks for a political protest. Dan volunteers to look after the children, even though he is nervous and clueless. With Charlie's help, is there a way they can be father and uncle, meet the children's expectations, and still land the deal?
