Ollie's Totally Crazy Farm: Episode 3 on VHS Cassette
Where else would you find something like this? A tortoise with a television built into its shell. Or an elephant that uses its trunk as a garden hose. Or an inflatable octopus, a dairy cow with a valve, chickens that hatch stones, and a bald lion? You'll find all these animals on a farm owned by the good-natured ox Ollie. Naturally, things are quite different on Ollie's farm.
Rudi, the lovestruck rhinoceros
Rudi the rhino has fallen in love with Sara the female rhino and tries to win her over. Sara, however, prefers Ronny the younger, stronger bull rhino. A battle ensues between the two giants, in which Rudi is defeated due to horn problems. Hans Krötenschild and Ollie help him and have his horn sharpened. After Rudi wins the final fight, he also wins Sara's heart – a happy ending.
A dog's life
Sammy the dog is desperate to help Ollie count the chicken eggs. Unwelcome in the henhouse, Sammy clumsily tries to guard an egg, but instead sits on it and hatches it. He tries his hand at being a guard dog, but the fox outsmarts him and steals Hanna, the hen. The fox ends up tied to the stake, and the chickens dance around him. When Sammy interferes, he too is tied to the stake. After that, Sammy's attempts at being a sheepdog and even egg juggler fail.
Happy Water Hunt
When Ollie goes to do his morning wash, he discovers his well has run dry. He first enlists the help of the moles, then his dog Sammy, to dig the well. When they fail, he grabs a shovel himself. He tries to smash a crack in the rock with a hammer, causing the earth to tremble. In the end, he taps into the ocean on the other side of the world and floods the entire globe.
feathered friends
Ollie has a heart for birds, collecting fledglings that have fallen from their nests, building houses for bird families, and protecting them from predatory cats. The challenges faced by parent birds raising their chicks are clearly illustrated, as are the difficulties young birds have learning to fly and sing.
