After receiving a green card in exchange for assassinating a Cuban government official, Tony Montana lays claim to the Miami drug trade. He murders anyone who stands in his way and eventually becomes the state's biggest drug lord, controlling almost the entire cocaine trade in Miami. But mounting police pressure, wars with Colombian drug cartels, and his own drug-induced paranoia hasten his downfall.
