The film is set during the disturbing kidnappings in Buenos Aires during the dictatorship of the 1970s and tells the story of theater director Carlos Rueda and his wife Cecilia. Shortly after Cecilia writes an editorial questioning the mysterious abductions, she herself is kidnapped and taken into police custody.
