Several years after the events of the first film, David Herdeg (the survivor of the Philadelphia Experiment from the first film) and Allison (the woman he fell in love with in 1984) have married and had a child. David awakens in agony to a changed world. Germany has won World War II, and in the United States, it's now the 50th anniversary of the Nazi conquest.
