Plot: A lonely 10-year-old boy living with his parents in a remote part of the Alaskan coast spontaneously finds a legendary golden seal and its newborn pup. But the greed for their valuable fur brings hunters to the scene, including his own father, the locals and an ambitious poacher who is pursuing the seal. A large bounty is placed on the golden seal and its pup and the legend becomes a legend.
