A group of beavers asks Dr. Dolittle to save their habitat from loggers. Their only hope is to preserve the forest because it's home to a protected bear, but there's a problem: The bear is the only bear in the forest and therefore can't reproduce. Undaunted, Dolittle persuades a circus bear to help him, but he must teach him not only the ways of the wild but also the cunning of female bears.
