Hang it higher on the VHS cassette

Marshal Jed Cooper survives an execution and vows revenge on the lynch mob that hanged him. To fulfill his oath, he returns to his former job as a lawman. It isn't long before he has caught up with the nine men on his hit list and begins to practice his own brand of justice in the Wild West.
