Internal Affairs - Trust him... he's a cop on VHS tape

Ambitious young Raymold Avila joins the Internal Affairs division of the Los Angeles Police Department. He and his partner, Amy Wallace, soon begin investigating the activities of police officer Dennis Peck, whose financial dealings suggest shady dealings. Indeed, Peck is involved in a number of dubious, even criminal, activities. He is also cunning, a womanizer, and a skilled manipulator, and he begins to set his sights on Avila.
