Ma Wing Jing and his older brother Ma Tai Chueng arrive in Shanghai at the end of the Qin Dynasty, hoping to make their fortune. Wing Jing befriends a powerful gangster and receives his nightclub in exchange for saving Tam Sei's life. Unfortunately, another gangster has his sights set on the territory.
