Switch - The Woman in the Man on VHS Cassette

Steve Brooks, a sexist womanizer, is killed by a group of his enraged former lovers. In Heaven, he makes a pact with God for redemption and agrees to return to Earth. Once there, he must enter into a genuine relationship with a woman and make her fall in love with him. If he fails, Steve's soul will become the property of the Devil. But the Devil plays it safe, and Steve is reborn as a woman named Amanda Brooks.
