Plot: The film centers on an emotional kayaking trip between a father and his son. The father has taken his son into the deep Alaskan wilderness to tell him that he is divorcing the boy's mother, who is pregnant and waiting for them at home. On the trip, father and son are involved in a potentially fatal accident. Fortunately, an enigmatic miner appears and saves them. He later helps the unfortunate couple find hope and salvation through God. In the meantime, the wife also finds a new life through the religion of old, and happiness takes its course.
