In this musical comedy, Valerie is dealing with her unfaithful fiancé Ted when she discovers that three aliens have landed their spaceship in her swimming pool. After the furry creatures are shaved at her friend's salon, the women discover three handsome men underneath. Having familiarized themselves with the local culture via television, the astronauts are ready to dive into the 1980s Los Angeles dating scene.
